JOB BRIEF: We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives who would be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our products or services and hence generate sales
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:
- Business Development Executive must Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Must identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs (To Execute as an advocate of customer)
- Must Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
- Must Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Must Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota or Sales Target and facilitate future sales
- Must Represent the Compony on Events or Seminars
- Must Participate in all workings like customer relationship, feedback collection, promotional drives etc.
- Must Operate MIS & CRM
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE EXECUTIVE:
- Business Development Executive must have Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Should possess good telephonic and email etiquette's.
- Should be a fast learner and have passion for sales
- Must be Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must have aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
* Candidates with 2-3 Yrs. Work Experience with IT Sales Background should only apply.
